Do recommend for a concise stay.
Clean hotel, convenient amenities like a fitness center in each room, and a great location near major conveniences such as Starbucks made my stay enjoyable and practical for exploring the area.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We spent our wedding night here. Staff was awesome. Room was large, bed was comfortable.
There were small items of trash around the room cleaning missed. Picture on Booked.net showed a Jacuzzi tub but was not included in our room.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired!!! Maintenance issues, such as broken TVs and a malfunctioning bathroom light, detracted from my experience, as did the inconsistent housekeeping schedule that didn't meet standard expectations!!!

Staff was good at the front desk.
Hbo and local stations out on TV for three days and never fixed. The breakfast was out a lot and we had to wait for them to refill. Made a long wait during the morning.

Quiet, convenient atmosphere, very accommodating staff.
Only concern was the down bedding which my spouse was allergic to but it was quickly changed out.

The room was very clean
Well first of all it took forever to check in. The hotel clerk was very slow even though I had made my reservation ahead of time. I don't think she could speak or understand English. Then they tried to Bill my credit card for 3 rooms instead of the 2 rooms that I reserved. They were going to charge for a movie also that I never rented. The people upstairs were playing music jumping up and down all night I guess they were having a party. The WiFi didn't work. The breakfast was terrible cold no orange juice. One thing the male clerk that helped me get every thing straight on my bill finally was very good and professional. But I will say one thing my husband and I will never stay there again. This was our first time at a holiday in Express and the last..

Nice room,clean,friendly stuff.
The acoustic insulation of the windows is very poor.In the night, the noise coming from the street is very loud. For a such nice hotel..with such expensise rate..much better windows should be installed.

It was a smart choice for a weekend trip in Centennial with excellent value for money. The hotel had a cool fire pit outside that was perfect. Don't forget to check out the gym. It's pretty great!

Location to downtown Denver.
Our keys never worked! We were moved 4 times until a room would actually work. I had the front desk agent say that we could use the Master Key for our room! That terrifies me because I would be able to unlock any room in the hotel! Also they charged us $80.00 more than we thought. Next time I'll just stay at the Inverness hotel because the price ended up the same. Don't stay here it's terrible. Also the breakfast was cold even the pancakes.

Staff was inattentive when I arrived to check in, and I had to return three times to get key cards to work on the room door. When I threatened to talk to her manager, she immediately upgraded me to a top floor suite. Nice move, to stay out of trouble!!
